At Hank's Patio Living, we want you to love your outdoor living space. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and standard return policies apply.

Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or cancellations.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
